“Sharing Experience of Communities Hosting Nuclear Facilities” is one of the side events organised during the 68th IAEA General Conference. This side event will be held on 18th September from 15:00 to 16:30 and will explore what it means to be a local stakeholder and how communities can work together with other stakeholders, including governments and nuclear industry, to enable the success of nuclear projects. GMF Vice-president Mr Csaba Dohoczki will participate representing the perspective of municipalities hosting nuclear facilities in Europe. The event will be opened by the IAEA Director General Mr Rafael Mariano Grossi. The panellists will include representatives from Argentina, Canada, Japan and the USA.
